Self-indulgence

Yup! Time for some self-indulgence. First: I've added a bio to my profile. Might add some more info further on. Second: I've been to summer art-class at Gerlesborg Art School and did an oversized self portrait in charchoal. It's not very good. But it's big!

I also did a couple of clay sculptures of myself and my daughter.

Had a lousy day at work today. Realised I had to redo all the work I did yesterday and I did some really awful sketches. So, I had to dig up some drawings from the day before yesterday just to remind me I don't always suck! I found this elephant, (who eventually became a hippo) which I think is ok. Pheeeew!!

My sketchbooks are filled with these persons and I honestly don't know who they are! I'm pretty shure they belong in stories of some kind but I don't know how. Are they part of the same plot or are there several separate stories? I just don't know and it really bugs me!

Who are these people? -I have no idea, I just drew them.

I'm not shure what this blog i about yet. We'll see. I post another stamp as I ponder...

Pictured above is the main reason I don't draw as much in my spare time as I used to. A beautiful instrument but hard to master...

I love stamps by the way! I cut them from erasers and glue them to... shafts, stems?? that i make in my dad's woodshop.
